Lebanon Square Circlers hosts the Strawberry Festival Dance Weekend on the first full weekend of June, Friday through Sunday. The weekend features a parade, potluck, Potato Bar Dinner, Experienced Clothing Sale, Silent Auction, and an all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday. Dry RV camping is available - call Frank Cawrse at 503-779-3215 for more information. All Strawberry Festival Events are held at the Lebanon Senior Center, 80 Tangent Street, unless otherwise noted.

THURSDAY June 4th 6:00pm: Potluck and decorate float. Bring potluck and lawn chairs. FRIDAY June 5th 1:30pm: Set up and decorate Senior Center—all club members please help if you can! 6:00pm: Potluck Trails End Dance: 7:00pm Plus, 7:15pm Pre-rounds, 7:30pm –10:30pm Mainstream Square Dance (every 3rd tip Plus); Shaun McKamey calling and Sandra Pinion cueing. SATURDAY June 6th 11:00am: Strawberry Festival Parade 6:00pm: Spaghetti Feed Dinner Strawberry Festival Dance (ALLIANCE): 7:00pm Plus; 7:15pm Pre-Rounds 7:30pm - 10:30pm Mainstream Square Dance (every 3rd tip Plus); Darrell Kalmbauch calling and Sandra Pinion cueing. SUNDAY June 7th 8:30 - 9:30am: All You Can Eat Breakfast 9:30am: Hall Cleanup— all club members please help! |
CLOTHING CONSIGNMENT
To consign clothing at the Strawberry Festival, please fill out and bring this form with your clothes on Friday night during set-up, or Saturday evening, if you would like to consign them. Lebanon Square Circlers takes 20%.
